Baseball: The baseball team picked up their first win of the 2017 season behind senior right hander Ricky Dennis, who allowed two runs over six innings. Senior first baseman Shaine Hughes led the offense with three hits and scoring two runs. Senior southpaw Justin Andrews hurled the final three innings and allowed only two hits. The blue and white return to the diamond in the Notre Dame Irish Classic on Friday afternoon in Cary, NC at 1:00 p.m. vs. William and Mary.

Men’s basketball announced that they have signed a pair of players to join the program for the 2020-2021 season. Myles Ruth and Klemen Vuga will both be joining the freshman class for the blue and white this year.

A Win and a Loss for MU Lacrosse

Monmouth University’s men’s lacrosse team (4-5, 1-2 MAAC) was defeated 6-3 by MAAC-leader St. Bonaventure (8-2, 3-0 MAAC) on Sat. marking the first time MU has ever been defeated by their conference foe.
