The MU baseball team struggled over the past week, losing three of their four contests. MU fell 7-3 to Saint Joseph’s on Wednesday, Apr. 13 and won the first game 10-4 over Siena before falling 6-2 and 6-4 in the final two games of the conference series this past weekend.

It was bitterly cold and consistently raining for the women’s lacrosse team’s senior day on Saturday, however that did not stop their offensive onslaught of conference rivals Quinnipiac, as the Hawks took down the Bobcats by a score of 15-6.
Baseball Takes Two of Three From St. Peter’s
The MU baseball team defeated Princeton and won two out of three in a weekend series against MAAC opponent Saint Peter’s, improving to 17-14 (7-2 MAAC) on the season.
Softball Wins 5 of 6 MAAC Road Games
The MU softball team finished up a demanding week on the road on Sunday when they split with the Fairfield Stags after previously sweeping both Quinnipiac and Iona, putting them at the top of the MAAC with a 7-1 conference record.
