Members of Greek life and the Monmouth community congregated on The Great Lawn at Woodrow Wilson Hall on Sunday morning, Sept. 20 to release the stigma associated with mental illness. Hosted by Alpha Sigma Tau and Sigma Pi, the Greek life organizations aimed to provide insight to fellow hawks about the dangers of mental illness and what can be done to prevent the act of suicide.
Monmouth University Outdoors Club is an amazing club with friendly, adventurous people. Its’ purpose is to promote growth, understanding, awareness, and appeal of nature through various activities we sponsor.
Sigma Tau Gamma (STG) hosted their “Chow Down” sub eating contest between different fraternities and sororities in Pollak Theatre on Wednesday, Nov. 8 at 10 pm. The event raised approximately $700 for STG’s philanthropy, the Michael McNeil Foundation.
