“I’m going to be revising a paper that I will present at the National Communication Association later this year in Las Vegas. The paper is about some of the volunteer work that I do with incarcerated people. It basically argues that people need to see incarcerated people as human beings if we’re going to ever solve the problem of mass incarceration.”
