Women’s golf finished consecutive days of play by placing fourth out of 11 teams in the Hartford Invitational this past weekend. The Hawks finished only a lone shot out of third place as Farleigh Dickinson University (FDU) took home first in the event with a total score of 585.

Monmouth Women’s Soccer proved to be victorious in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) yet again, shutting out the Marist Red Foxes in a 3-0 win on the Great Lawn on Saturday Sept. 28. They continue on an undefeated track in conference play, defeating both Saint Peter’s University in their first league game (3-1), and now Marist.

The women’s tennis team went undefeated this past week winning back to back games at home by a score of 4-3 against Delaware State and St. Francis Brooklyn.

Field Hockey lost 2-1 in a double overtime thriller on Sunday against Lafayette at Rappolt Field in New York.

Men’s soccer ended the week with a loss and a tie as they were defeated by Princeton 1-2 on Wednesday and tied with Binghamton after a scoreless bout on Saturday.

Field Hockey finished the week with a win and a loss at So Sweet a Cat Field after beating Drexel by a score of 5-0 and losing to William & Mary 3-1.

Football played in front of their largest crowd in program history at Washington-Grizzly Stadium on the road against #19 Montana falling by a final score of 47-27 on Saturday afternoon.

The Monmouth University women’s soccer team kicked off Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) play on Saturday Sept. 21 with a 3-1 win over rival Saint Peter’s University. This win makes them undefeated in conference play so far (1-0-0) and improved their overall record to 3-2-2.
