The women’s golf team completed their regular season play at the Navy Spring Invitational in Annapolis, MD last weekend. The tournament was played at the Naval Academy Golf Club and was played at 6,085 yards. The field featured 59 competitors from nine teams. The field included Navy, Bucknell, Central Connecticut State, Delaware State, Lehigh, Monmouth, Quinnipiac, Towson, Yale.

Men’s Golf Off to Good Start in Spring Season
The men’s golf team opened up season play with their annual Spring break trip to Port Saint Lucie Florida. There the hawks had the opportunity to prepare for the Florida Atlantic Spring Championship, which was their first tournament of the Spring season. The championship took place on March 23-25 and consisted of three 18 hole rounds. The event was played at Osprey Point Golf Club in Boca Raton, Florida. The course was a par 72 played at 6,786 yards.

Women’s Golf Opens Spring Season with Strong Start
The women’s golf team kicked off their spring season in Boulder City, Nevada earlier this month. The Hawks competed in The Battle at Boulder Creek at Boulder Creek Golf Course on March 5th and 6th for the second consecutive year. The golf course was played at 6,252 yards with a par of 72. The tournament was a 54 hole event, with 36 holes played during round one and 18 holes played during round two. The field consisted of 12 teams, including Austin Peay State, Eastern Washington, Georgetown, Idaho State, Illinois-Chicago, James Madison, Monmouth, Montana State, Morehead State, Northern Kentucky, Oklahoma City, Radford.
Junior Haley Goodling Wins Lehigh Invitational
The women’s golf team finished the fall season last weekend at the Lehigh Invitational at Saucon Valley Country Club in Bethlehem, PA. The team finished in third place with a two day total of 625. The field included Lehigh, Central Connecticut University, Hartford, Holy Cross, Monmouth, and Saint Francis of Pennsylvania.
